I've always had great service from all the( usually long term) employees at this wonderful clean and well stocked grocery. What prompted me to write this review is the kind personal concern I've received from Rachel. This wonderful clerk has helped me on two occasions( once when I was barely functional because of a broken wrist) with setting up the Raleys app on my phone. She really went out of her way to help me a tech challenged senior. The people who work here( especially Rachel) are always so personable. They really make the shopping experience more than just a daily chore. They turn it into a wonderful example of what I like to refer to as the " human connection ".
As a customer of 50(!) years and an employee of 31, you can imagine how proudI am of this! I have read some negative reviews yet what company is perfect? I will say that if you have any "issues", please address them to the WONDERFUL managers. Nothing can be resolved unless addressed. I LOVE Nob Hill and it's workers. It's NOT an easy job! Customers are NOT always right including me!
A nice grocery store in South Salinas that has basically everything you need. The butcher who helped us on the particular day that we came was super friendly. He cut something up exactly how we wanted and was so nice. We also signed up for their membership and clipped a coupon off in the moment that took off $10 from our $25+ purchase which was awesome.
The bright spot at Nob Hill Salinas is Sonia at the front end who is always friendly and excellent at her job. Always taking care of the customers with a smile and efficiency. Always a pleasure to see her.

Monday I went into the store to do some shopping. I was picking up some doughnuts for my granddaughters and I got a couple of things for myself. I have severe arthritis in my left hip and while I was in the store I had a sharp pain in my groin area due to the swelling from my hip. It was so painful I could hardly walk and this bagger named Darren practically carried me out to my car. All I could do was cry, that's how much pain I was in. Darren is very special to me. He does things like bringing a shopping cart to my car when he sees me. You see I'm a disabled veteran and I use an assistive device to walk. He not only does that he also meets me in the isles when I need to get a case of water or he'll show me pictures of things that he drew and poems that he wrote for every single holiday. Even when he's having a bad day he still goes out of his way to help people, and carries a smile on his face. He loves life and he loves his job. He's humble and kind. I believe he deserves some recognition and maybe a raise or bonus. Iv

Great selection of foods. They always have what I want. Fresh produce. Love their bacon at the meat counter. I read other reviews. I've never encountered a rude employee. I like that I don't have to unload my cart onto a conveyor belt; the cashiers do it as they go. Sturdy handled paper bags. Clean store. Pricier than most other grocery stores in town, but good quality products.
Loved this market! Super clean, organized and I found everything I needed to cook a meal for 10 people! The produce is beautiful and the chicken was nice! This place reminded me of a mix of Sprouts and WholeFoods in vegas. Friendly staff and definitely a place I'd shop at regularly if I lived here!
